Rastislav Baďura
Chairman of the Board of Directors
He shapes the strategy and direction of the company. The team draws on his experience of working on European programmes and projects since 1994. As a top expert in development programmes, he has participated in projects for several state bodies (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government Office of the Slovak Republic, Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic, and Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic). He built his relationship to management and international projects during his undergraduate studies at the University of Economics in Bratislava and later at the Institute of International Relations of the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. He has many years of experience in team management and project management at Octigon, where he is still involved in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, including innovations and startups, project auditing, project preparation, and financial management. He holds several certifications, including PRINCE2® Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner.

Rudolf Vadovič
Member of the Board of Directors
He manages the company's business operations and is dedicated to all IT and technology-advanced projects at Octigon. He is a mainstay in the team on technology issues. He gained experience in this area during his tenure at the Department of Justice as a key person in the Information Systems Management and Strategy Division. He started to build his relationship with technology and IT projects during his undergraduate studies at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava and during his years at the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic, he also gained a lot of experience in the management of projects supported by the European Union (mainly PHARE and ESIF). At Octigon, he stands as a guarantee for building strong relationships with clients based on mutual trust and understanding. He is dedicated to project management (IPMA B certificate), process audit and management, Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF, Archimate II, ITIL®4 certificates), network databases, and management.

Martina Breznická
Office manager and Quality manager
Martina will be the first to welcome you to our company. She is responsible for the smooth running of the reception and the entire office. She covers the administrative and organizational support of the company. She enthusiastically organizes team-building and other company events for the employees. Martina provides economic and administrative support to the company's management, prepares quotations for the company or communicates with authorities and suppliers. Martina also oversees maintaining an integrated management system certified according to STN EN ISO 9001: 2016 and STN EN ISO 14001: 2016 and monitors the quality and stability of company processes, their management and continuous improvement.

Silvia Švecová
Grant Consultant and Project Manager
Silvia has many years of experience in preparing and updating management and programme documentation of EU funds, as well as drafting methodological guidelines related to the approval and implementation of the ESIF. She participated in the preparation of calls and information activities for calls for demand-oriented projects and national projects in the Human Resources Operational Programme. She worked as a project and programme manager in Interreg cross-border cooperation projects. In Octigon she mainly works as a project manager. She has successfully undertaken project and financial management of projects funded by various grant programmes and subsidy schemes. She also has experience in preparing projects within the framework of the Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Slovak Republic. Emil Gabko
Project manager
Emil is involved in the implementation of projects across several fields, particularly in research and development and energy efficiency. He contributes to the ongoing coordination of project activities, the preparation of supporting documentation, and the administrative support of project management. Emil’s strength lies in his precision in preparing overviews, statistics, and calculations, which enables him to contribute to the effective monitoring of projects and the achievement of their objectives. In his work, he focuses on the systematic processing of data and the preparation of analytical outputs that serve as a basis for project management and evaluation. Thanks to his analytical approach and attention to detail, Emil is a reliable member of the team in the implementation of projects across various thematic areas.

Jana Yuliarta Takáčová
Senior Expert, Public Procurement Specialist
Janka specializes primarily in public procurement, combining practical experience, an excellent knowledge of legislation, and a legal education. She has a thorough understanding of the Public Procurement Act, as well as the rules and guidelines related to projects financed from European Union funds. She gained her experience on major infrastructure projects and now works across all types of procurement procedures for public sector bodies and private entities. Her expertise is also demonstrated by her successful certification as a professional guarantor and her participation in special committees of the Public Procurement Office. She supports clients in the comprehensive setup of procurement procedures, the preparation of tender documentation, the assessment of contractual terms, and the preparation of bids. During her time at our company, she has guided a number of entities through the entire process, from bid submission to contract signing. In addition to public procurement, she is also involved in project preparation, particularly for research projects, and participates in projects focused on the evaluation of operational programmes.

Lucia Tomíková
Project Manager, Economics, Accounting Administrator
Lucia is engaged in project and financial management of projects funded by various operational programmes. She has successfully completed projects funded by OP Human Resources or OP Integrated Infrastructure. At the same time, she acts as a project manager and contact person for large projects focused on external evaluation of operational programmes, where Octigon holds the position of the evaluator. In addition to project management, Lucia is also responsible for invoicing, preparation of documents for accounting and accounting-economic statistics. Zuzana Olšová
Project manager and Grant Consultant
Zuzana has successfully provided project and financial management and monitoring of several large national as well as smaller demand-oriented projects in the field of informatization of society. As a grant consultant, she has prepared several grant applications and feasibility studies. As she prepares and subsequently implements projects, she is perfectly able to assess project set-up, smooth implementation or achievement of measurable indicators. She is also involved in projects for the non-profit sector in the fields of security policy, culture, and education. Ivana Čorbová
Project manager and Grant Consultant
Ivka focuses on project management and grant consulting, with an emphasis on the comprehensive preparation, implementation, and financial management of projects funded by European and other grant sources. She has many years of experience in coordinating project activities, preparing and reviewing documentation, monitoring, reporting, and communicating with involved partners and institutions. In her work, she focuses on the effective setup of project processes and the consistent achievement of project objectives. Her strengths include a systematic approach, responsibility, and the ability to connect the substantive, administrative, and financial aspects of project management. Thanks to her experience with grant schemes, budgeting, monitoring, and the preparation of project outputs, she is a reliable member of the team in the implementation of projects across various thematic areas.

Veronika Holičová
Project manager and Grant Consultant
Veronika is engaged in the preparation and management of complex research and innovation projects, primarily within programmes directly managed by the European Commission. She specializes in the preparation of grant applications and the coordination of project management, with a strong focus on the financial implementation of projects. She has experience in developing project concepts and managing processes related to the preparation and implementation of projects with a higher level of technical, organizational, and administrative complexity (such as the Recovery and Resilience Plan, Programme Slovakia, CEF, DEP, EIC, and others). She provides clients with support in setting up project strategy, coordinating partners, and preparing documentation to ensure that projects meet the requirements of funding providers and demonstrate strong implementation potential.
