Responsible for adjusting the company’s strategy and heading. The team values his experience of working on European programmes and projects since 1994. As a leading expert in development programmes he participated in project preparation for several state authorities (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government Office, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Justice). His relationship with management and international projects began during graduate studies at the University of Economics in Bratislava and later at the Institute of International Relations, Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. Mr. Badura’s many years of experience in managing teams and project management are currently practiced in Octigon, where he focuses on development of small and medium-sized enterprises (also from a position of national delegate of the Framework Programme for Research and Innovation - Horizon 2020 – support of small and medium-sized enterprises), preparation of projects, their auditing and financial management.

He manages the business activities of the company and is responsible for IT and technology related projects in Octigon. He supports the team when dealing with projects, where complex technology issues arise. His experience was gained during his tenure at the Ministry of Justice as the key person of the Department of managing and strategies of information systems in the period of 1995-2006. His relationship to technology and IT projects began during graduate studies at Slovak Technical University in Bratislava and was further developed during his career at the Ministry of Justice, where he gained a lot of experience in management of projects supported from the European Union (in particular PHARE and European structural and investment funds). In Octigon Mr. Vadovič builds strong relationships with clients based on mutual trust and understanding. He specializes in project management (IPMA Certificate B), Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF certificates and Archimate II), databases and network management.
Member of the Supervisory Board
He leads the company's consulting team and is an expert in the implementation of eGovernment projects. Since 2007 he has been involved in the management of strategic projects for the development of electronic services in the Slovak Republic - preparation of the IOMO Integrated Service Points concept, implementation of the national broadband internet network, and projects for the development of regional education electronization. In the team he sets and manages procedural measures so that each member uses their potential and at the same time advances in their expertise with natural passion and motivation. He is a certified IPMA Level B project manager.
Office manager and Economics and accounting administrator, manager of quality
Romana is your first point of contact and upon your arrival at our company will greet you with a smile. She is responsible for the smooth operation of reception and of the whole office. She ensures administration and organizational support of the company. She enjoys the organization of teambuildings and other company events. Romana oversees economic and administrative support for management, invoicing, preparation of price offers, as well as communication with the authorities and suppliers. She is also responsible for the preparation of supporting accounting documentation and accounting-economic statistics. Romana is also responsible for ensuring an integrated management system which is certified according to the STN EN ISO 9001: 2016 and STN EN ISO 14001: 2016 standards. She follows the quality and stability of company processes, their management and ongoing improvement.
Helena has many years of experience in preparing and writing successful grant applications from different operational programmes, preparing financial analyses for EU projects, preparing and implementing complex restructural projects for health care institutions, coordinating and implementing EU projects including follow-up monitoring.
She has been involved in the preparation and implementation of projects financed by EU funds for 9 years. She successfully completed many grant applications in the area of non-investment projects. She managed and implemented national as well as demand-oriented EU projects. She has acted in all positions of project and financial management, public procurement and publicity. She is involved in the preparation of projects regarding human resources, education and integration of the marginalized Roma community for public, nonprofit and business sector and also in preparation of projects regarding environment.
Eva has of experience in implementing projects from several operational programmes. She successfully implemented projects within the Operational programme Bratislava region, Regional operational programme, Operational programme Competitiveness and economic growth, Operational programme Eudcation and Operational programme Environment. Zuzana successfully ensures the project, financial management and monitoring of several big national projects in the field of information society. As a grant consultant she completed several grant applications and feasibility studies. She is interested in projects for the NGO sector in the field of security policy, culture and education.
